Some more updates, nearing completion?

- Fixed inventory persistance
- Chat now works
- Proper name is now displayed in the lobby
- Can only start game if everyone has pressed ready
- Host + Join button now actually work properly!
- Spawn rate increased
- Player attack speed increased
- Sword "whoosh" effect now actually plays
- Bosses can no longer be stunned
- Fixed some instances of the game not ending properly in single player
- Decreased spawns in village
- Added thrust attack (low damage, high range)
- Now possible to revive players
- Picking up a health powerup while dead will revive a player
- New health distribution
- Health powerups now prioritize players with low health with proximity being tie breaker
- Need less than 75% health to pick one up
- Only picks up items if there is a need for them
- Fixed issue with equipment not properly updating
- Pickups now despawn after 10 minutes
- Pickups should now be less likely to spawn inside other objects
