VRM4U W64 Precompiled

VRM4U is a plugin for Unreal Engine that lets you use models from VRoid Studio. The original plugin is available at https://github.com/ruyo/VRM4U. 

However making a shippable build required a bit of elbow grease.

This is essentially the original plugin with the live link module removed and all compilation errors fixed, precompiled for a specific version of Unreal Engine.
